Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, launches, promotions, or pop-ups, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary depending on location and courier service.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Luna by Khush is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If your order appears delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need support, you can also contact us at info@lunabykhush.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Luna by Khush is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lunabykhush.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos where applicable

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
