Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can investigate and assist you.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
We’re always here to help and will do our best to resolve any genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
